By signing up for Devseek, you agree to the following terms.
Posting of contact information
You will not post any contact information or any URLs that contain contact information in projects or in messages sent through Devseek's private messaging system. Upon successful appointment for a particular project, the employer and the solution provider involved will be provided with the necessary contact information in order to facilitate communication for carrying out the implementation of the project requirements.
Liability
Devseek will not be held liable for any breach of contract on a project between the employer and the solution provider involved.
Dispute resolution
In a case where problems may arise during the course of project implementation, Devseek will not be involved in any dispute resolution between the employer and the solution provider involved. It is recommended that the parties involved follow the Devseek Project Guidelines.
Abuse
You will not post any content that is considered illegal using the Devseek projects and private messaging systems. This includes content related to warez, gambling or pornography.
Violation of these terms will result in suspension of your account.
